Description

Do you work well under pressure, show enthusiasm, flexibility, have a sense of humour & a "can do" attitude?

We are looking for a well organised junior for the QA Team, who is able to prioritise, work to deadlines and is fully computer literate.

Main Duties

To support the QA Director and 2 other staff members on a day to day basis:

Specific Duties

Telephone communication with customers & suppliers dealing with ad hoc complaints, returning bottles to the store, chasing reports,& generally investigating customer complaints
Organising samples from suppliers & co-ordinating tasting sessions
Ensure suppliers have current BRC and support with audits.
Unpacking of all sample boxes for QA & Bulk Buying
Ensure tasting room is clean & tidy at all times
Organise travel arrangements for the QA Team
General Support to QA Team when required
Checking of all analysis against specs
To collate & ensure complaints reports are ready for Board Meetings
