Delaforce Touriga Nacional & Cabernet
Delaforce Touriga Nacional and Cabernet Sauvignon is an original blend of Portugal’s star grape with the most internationally acclaimed varietal. This “Super Douro” exhibits the immense potential of the region’s winemaking capabilities. The Cidrô vineyard is RCV’s laboratory and the Cabernet has proven itself. The two varieties are harvested and fermented separately. From the best wines of the two varieties blend after blend is tried until the right combination is found. Ageing is 18 months with a substantial portion of the barrels being new.
