Ochoa Gran Reserva
Ochoa Gran Reserva is an elegant classic style of wine, round and complex,
with a high level of tannins and the necessary time in barrel and bottle. This
wine comes from an exhaustive grape selection of Tempranillo, Merlot and
Cabernet in the vineyard. After ageing patiently in American and French oak barrels for two years, the wine remained in bottle until becoming a GRAN RESERVA. This wine hasn’t undergone any treatments or stabilization processes so, with the passing of time, natural component precipitations may occur. This great wine from grapes grown in a single vineyard is Javier Ochoa’s personal favourite.

Garnet red cherry with a coppery edge. Powerful aroma with good oak expression (leather, spices). Flavourful palate with a good oak/fruit integration, rich Cabernet nuances, balsamic flavours, liquorice, fine toasty notes and excellent acidity.
