Today the company is run by brothers Michel & Didier and their sons Clement & Alexandre who represent the 12th generation. Lamblin are based in Maligny where they have vinification facilities of 16,000 HL in stainless steel. Lamblin produce around 4.5 million bottles a year in total of which Chablis represents about 1 million bottles. Tasting notes
The best vineyards in Chablis are on the slopes close to the Yonne river that runs through the region, their aspect to the ripening sun gives Chablis wines an extra richness from the Chardonnay grapes from which they are made.
