The majority of this wine was fermented in stainless steel. A portion of the wine was fermented in new french barriques. This, combined with partial malolactic fermentation, has added to the wines weight and complexity.
This wine has a beautiful nose with soft musky aromas, Turkish delight with hints of candid ginger, white flesh of nectarine, fresh blossom and the merest hint of lime. A vert attractive, smooth, well balanced entry. A succulent, medium style full of subtle complexities.
