Escorihuela 1884 President's Blend
Vineyards - Malbec from three different wine districts: Agrelo (950 meters above sea level), La Consulta (1000 meters) and Vistalba (1100 meters). Cabernet and Syrah from Agrelo.
Harvest - By hand, early in the morning, in small plastic bins. Malbec in the last week of March, Syrah in the 1st week of April and Cabernet in the 2nd week of April.
Fermentation - 100 % in stainless steel tank. 35 days of maceration.
Ageing - 13 months in new oak barrels. 85% French and 15% American oak.
