Tasting notes
The Pinot Noir grapes that are grown on the plateau above the Côte de Nuits give the wine a fresh violet and black cherry bouquet and flavour, balanced with light firm tannins and careful use of oak. This medium-bodied red is good with traditional Burgundian food, such as braised meats, rabbit, roast venison and beef casserole.
