Jamie Goode tastes Tiers Rioja Crianza!

Jamie Goode picked his favourite "fresh and fruity" wines to celebrate the beginning of spring. Amongst these was the Tiers Rioja Crianza 2005 (Available in Asda at £5.83)
"Sometimes Rioja can taste a bit tired and faded from spending lots of time in oak. This (unoaked) version is the opposite: fresh, bright and supple, it's packed with fresh, spicy berries and blackberry fruit. Delicious"

Tiers Rioja Crianza
This Crianza was aged in American oak barrels for 12 months, creating a soft and smooth Rioja with hints of vanilla and chocolate on the nose. Serve at room temperature with a rich meat casserole.
