Chileno Merlot Rose featured on Saturday Kitchen with James Martin
James cooked shredded chilli beef with spicy noodles and Susy Atkins suggested Chileno Merlot Rose 2008 as the best wine to compliment this dish. Guest chefs were Michael Caines and Lawrence Keogh. All 3 chefs were highly complimentary of the food and wine match!

Chileno Merlot Rose
Of crystalline aspect, with a shining cherry colour and blue hints. Young, friendly and fresh with red fruits, especially raspberries and cherries with hints of watermelon mixed with pineapple, citrus fruits and flowers. Expressive and balanced, of light structure with gentle tannins lingering on the palate and a pleasant fruity finish.
