Yali's Peralillo estate in Colchagua valley provides the grapes for this New World take on a classic European style. Night-harvested, the cool grapes are pressed without air contact and fermented at cold temperatures, to maximise primary fruit character.Intensely floral on the nose, with a medley of roses, jasmine and lemon blossom accenting the tropical lychee fruit aromas. Medium-bodied palate, with a nice balance of texture and acidity.Drink with lightly spicy satay, grilled tiger prawns or oriental noodle salad.
