How to place an order

Wholesalers, did you know you can now place your order with PLB online? Well now you do! Here's how

You should have already received a username and password for our website when you opened your account with PLB, but if for any reason you didn't, please contact kate.fairweather@plb.co.uk who will provide you with one ASAP.

Logging in/Registering

Creating a new order

If you wish to create a brand new order, select a category from the top navigation bar and browse through, using the menu on the left to help you find what you're looking for. To add an item to your order, input a quantity and click the 'add to order' button (which appears when logged in). Once you have finished adding to your order, click 'View My Order' on the left, scroll down and enter your details. To finish, click 'send my order'. Alternatively, if you simply want to repeat your last order, select 'view last order' and click 'send'.

Once your order has been sent, PLB will soon be in touch to discuss delivery and ask any other questions they might have about your order. No payment is taken via the website; you will be invoiced for your purchase. Please contact kate.fairweather@plb.co.uk should you require an up-to-date price list for our wines.

How to order a copy of our brochure

Would you like a copy of our brochure? You can now download a PDF version or request a hard copy from us.

To download or request a copy of our brochure you can either follow the link under 'latest from the blog' on the home page, or from the main navigation bar click 'About', then select 'Brochure Download' under 'About PLB' in the menu on the left.

How to view wine information

Select 'wine' from the top navigation bar, you can then select a country of interest from the map on screen. You'll then be taken to the country landing page.

Using the blog

We've just added a blog to our website! We've got lots to say and are eager to hear your thoughts too, so get involved!

If you click on a particular story, you'll be able to read it in full, make comments, send it to someone on Facebook or tweet it.

How to find a person you wish to contact

You can find the e-mail address, telephone number, job title and mug shot of every single person that works at PLB by clicking 'about' in the top navigation bar and clicking 'meet the team' in the menu on the left of the page. From here you can browse by department or just view the whole lot of us in one go!
